Our saba (mackerel) has been slowly simmered in a slightly sweet miso sauce that goes ridiculously well with rice 😋

If you want to switch things up, pick apart your mackerel and place them on your rice, pour a generous serving of your leftover miso sauce, then top it off with some dashi broth to turn it into an Ochazuke (rice with tea) 👏
