The Hiyajiru (Cold Soup) and Chicken Nanban Set featuring two beloved local dishes from Miyazaki will be released on Tuesday, June 17th🥢
The Hiyajiru, a special type of cold miso soup, can be enjoyed either on its own, poured over rice, or enjoyed the classic Miyazaki way of eating it together with the accompanying small bowl of grilled salted mackerel.
As for the Chicken Nanban, they're crispy deep-fried chicken thighs topped with a sweet vinegar and creamy tartar sauce that goes perfect with a bowl of rice!
