茨城県産つくば鶏を使用したとり天と、北海道で水揚げされたサバをサクッと揚げたサバ天がセットに☝️

このとり天とサバ天の素材を引き立てるおすすめの食べ方として、 抹茶塩、天つゆ・おろし、青しばタルタルをご用意いたしました✨

Unveiling New Menu for June 4th! 🆕

The Chicken and Mackerel Tempura set will be released on June 4th 😊

This set includes a tempura of Tsukuba chicken from Ibaraki prefecture and a crispy deep-fried mackerel tempura from Hokkaido ☝️

As a way to really bring out the flavor of the tempura, we have prepared three condiments: maccha (green tea) salt, dipping sauce with grated daikon, and tartar sauce with chopped pickles ✨
