The Grilled Mackerel & Tempura Mabushi Set, featuring fluffy grilled mackerel and light, crispy tempura, is now available starting Tuesday, February 10th🥢

You can enjoy it as is, but we invite you to gradually add different toppings to enjoy the flavor transformations that make mabushi so special!

① Enjoy it as is or add extra sauce for more flavor
② Add our condiment mix featuring green shiso for a refreshing taste!
③ Sprinkle in ground sesame for extra aroma
④ Finish it off by pouring our dashi broth over it to enjoy it ochazuke-style
