We are bringing back our highly popular winter Nabe sets again this year. The first in the series of our limited-time offer will be the classic Sukiyaki set. This is a hot pot consisting of plenty of beef, vegetables, and Sanuki udon noodles simmered in a delicious mixture of three types of Honjozo soy sauce and mirin. By dipping the well-seasoned ingredients into a bowl of beaten raw egg, you will be able to enjoy a smooth and mild taste. YAYOI KEN's Jjigae features a soup base of rich Shinshu miso and Honjozo soy sauce, added with some chili and gochujan sauce for extra spice, as well as fish sauce, scallops, and prawns so that you can really enjoy the depth and flavor in its spiciness. For those of you who want an extra punch of spice, we also offer the Spicy Jjigae set which uses a special chili powder blend consisting of four types of chilies that gives it a rich, tangier taste.
